“It’s hard to describe how my life has changed since I started training with the Sports Advisory CommandOs. I was always a person related to the sport since I am a physical education teacher and I also always admired the stars of the sport in general such as Michael Jordan, Fernanda Keller, Steve Prefontaine, Mohamed Ali etc. In the end I always admired them for their strength, for their focus, dedication, courage, dexterity, those qualities that few have, but for some reason I felt I had. I knew that within me there were also the enormous desire to always overcome me, those feelings of wanting to run for hours and hours, to swim for miles and miles and to pedal from one city to another. Yes! Those desires were always only that I never dared to throw those feelings out for fear of failure, for the fear that we all felt at the beginning and also for the opinion of outsiders, who want to think and call you crazy … And if , I consider myself crazy! With all the lyrics and because thanks to this madness I discovered that there are people who can change your life and transform it into what you always dreamed of. Today I consider myself a triathlete and become the athlete that I am, for having found the right coach, the dedicated professional, the one who does not send a sheet just like another, the one that lifts you when you are about to fall, that you Encourages when you do not give more and make you get the best of you, the one who is able to stop doing what you do to change your training because there is something wrong, eclectic and intelligent is my Coach Joel Arante de Bem Junior. A professional who is always studying new techniques and methods of training, many created by him, own authorship, I feel an infinite admiration for the Sports Advisory CommandOs. Finally I just want to say that being a CommandOs was not easy, it was a long way to get here and be what I am today, you need a lot of strength, dedication, faith and above all you need an extraordinary Ironcoach. Thank you infinitely …”
